Jason Berg

Jason Berg joined Trident Capital in 2010 and is a Senior Associate in the Palo Alto office. Prior to joining Trident, Jason was an an investment banking associate at Barclays Capital / Lehman Brothers, where he worked on a variety of corporate finance and M&A transactions. Earlier in his career, Jason worked in the corporate group of the law firm Morrison Foerster and served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Jason earned a law degree from Stanford Law School and two master's degrees from the London School of Economics where he studied as a Marshall Scholar. He also earned a bachelor of science with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy.
