Arneek Multani is a Managing Director of Trident Capital and joined the firm in 2002. He leads Trident’s Healthcare Information Technology practice and co-leads Trident’s Growth Equity practice. Currently, he sits on the boards of Imagine Health, MedSave, HealthMEDX, Acclaris and Teladoc, and is a Board Observer at Advanced ICU Care, Neilsoft and Microland.

Arneek’s past directorships and observerships include Resolution Health (acquired by WellPoint), Datatel (acquired by Hellman & Friedman) and Profex (acquired by a multi-national pharma company).

Prior to joining Trident, Arneek was an Associate at McCown De Leeuw, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged buy-outs, where he focused on investing in the health and fitness industries. Arneek started his career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co in the Media & Telecommunications area of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Raised outside of Philadelphia, Arneek earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A.S. in Systems Engineering from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also holds an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Arneek lives with his wife and daughters in San Francisco and enjoys swimming, running, cooking and traveling. He is also a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan.
